Faith Expressions

Fresh Expressions is dedicated to equipping churches to light up their world by blending traditional worship with innovative forms of church. Recognizing that about 60% of Americans do not attend church, Fresh Expressions aims to help pastors and leaders reach more people for Christ. By fostering a "mixed economy of church," traditional services are complemented by creative, contextual faith expressions, benefiting the overall mission.

Originating in 2004 from the Anglican and Methodist churches in England, Fresh Expressions quickly spread across denominations. It began in the US in 2010, supported by the Baptist General Association of Virginia. The movement remains committed to being a national, cross-denominational effort, constantly adapting to reach those outside traditional church settings.
