The Association of Presbyterian Church Educators (APCE) Annual Event returns in 2027 with a powerful theme drawn from Ezekiel’s vision of resurrection and hope. In a world shaped by burnout, polarization, and algorithm-driven despair, APCE 2027 creates space to ask honest questions about the state of Christian education—and to listen for God’s renewing breath.
Across four days, participants will explore how ministry can be revitalized through the breath, sinews, flesh, and spirit of shared life together. The event will engage questions of inclusion, imagination, and sustainability, helping leaders rediscover foundations that still give life, even as they are reshaped for a changing world.
