Organized by the Forum for Intercultural Leadership and Learning (FILL), a reference group of The Canadian Council of Churches, in collaboration with the Prairie Centre for Ecumenism
Engage Difference! is a five-day, full-immersion residential program for ministry leaders and community members to deepen understanding of how culture shapes us and to foster respectful, intercultural relationships. Through learning, reflection, and dialogue, participants are equipped with practical tools for intercultural awareness and ministry.
The program integrates biblical and theological reflection with skills for cultural relevance, justice, and reconciliation. The experience includes workshops, community building, and shared meals. Bursaries are available, with special funds for members of marginalized communities and denominational support for participants from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada and the United Church of Canada.
