Equipped is a new in-person training series created by the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities (CCCC) to support Christian ministry and charity leaders with the practical knowledge, clarity, and encouragement they need to lead well. These one-day gatherings are being hosted in cities across Canada and bring together pastors and Christian charity leaders for focused learning, real-world insight, and meaningful connection.
Rooted in CCCC’s commitment to helping ministries become exemplary, healthy, effective, and Christian, Equipped offers accessible professional development on the topics leaders face every day. Sessions cover governance, HR, legal compliance, financial reporting, risk management, accountability, board health, and more. Each event blends expert teaching, open Q&A, interactive discussion, and breakout sessions, ensuring participants leave with both insight and practical tools they can immediately apply in their ministry context.
More than information, Equipped creates space for fellowship, encouragement, and shared problem-solving among leaders who carry similar responsibilities and challenges. Registration includes the full-day event, lunch, and refreshments. Registrations are non-refundable but transferable up to one week prior to the event date. Registration closes one week before each event.
