It is late in the day that the Christian churches have become concerned about the state of the earth. To make reparation for centuries of abuse is one thing; but to befriend it is even more necessary, if for no other reason that that the earth is a friend and confidant of God, and a forum of worship older than the Bible. The ancients realised this, many moderns have yet to discover it. In this short retreat we will look at how we respect and maintain a healthy relationship with our habitat.
