Leading The Church Through Transformation, Change and Renewal

This course is intended for anyone in a congregational leadership role—pastoral staff or lay leaders—seeking practical strategies for guiding churches through times of change.

The program explores how congregations can embrace transformation and renewal in ways that energize and align with God’s calling, rather than simply resisting change. Drawing from the congregational life cycle and the rhythms of renewal, the workshop addresses challenges such as uniting diverse viewpoints, navigating secular contexts, managing resistance, and shifting from maintenance to mission.

This workshop is a required course for participants in the Certificate in Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership, but can also be taken on its own.
