The Lester Randall Preaching Fellowship is one of Canada’s premier preaching conferences, gathering preachers, theologians, and ministry leaders from across denominations for two and a half days of inspiration, education, mentorship, and worship. Held in midtown Toronto, the fellowship offers plenary sessions, workshops, personalized coaching through “Fine-Tuned Preaching,” and opportunities for fellowship and renewal.
This year’s speakers include Steve Bell (musician and storyteller of faith), Anna Carter Florence (Columbia Theological Seminary), Malcolm Guite (poet and theologian), and Knox College’s the Rev. Dr. Sarah Travis. Additional participants include preachers, poets, and workshop leaders such as Kimberly Heath, Jason Byassee, Susan Sparks, Karoline Lewis, and many others.
Conference sessions will focus on The Strength of Our Words—exploring the role of preaching in shaping faith, encouraging hope, and connecting with daily life. Participants will engage in plenaries, ecumenical worship, workshops, and peer learning designed to inspire confidence and strengthen the practice of preaching.
