Who is God? Who am I? And how does our identity influence the ways we understand ourselves, God, one another, and the world?
Theology & Identity is a three-session online course from Canterbury College exploring the relationship between gender, identity, and faith. Led by The Rev’d Chris Brouillard-Coyle, participants will consider how identity shapes and forms theology while engaging with alternative perspectives and stories about God and humanity.
The course creates space to explore questions of gender and identity alongside theological reflection, inviting participants to consider how our experiences and understandings of ourselves can influence the ways we think and speak about God.
Sessions take place online on three Saturdays—October 31, November 14, and November 28—from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern.
Cost: $350 for credit or $175 to audit.
