Canadian Church Leaders Network
The Canadian Church Leaders Network (CCLN) is dedicated to supporting pastors across Canada to foster renewal and strengthen the Church. Recognizing the unique challenges facing pastors today, the CCLN focuses on providing holistic resources that support leadership development, community building, and cultural engagement. In 2023, the CCLN impacted numerous pastors and congregations through its initiatives, including cohort-based leadership programs, inspiring gatherings, and the production of culture-shaping content. Their programs, such as the Emerging Leaders Lab and the Church Leaders Incubator, offer training and mentorship for pastors at various stages of their ministry journey, emphasizing the importance of relational and spiritual growth. The network also addresses the broader cultural challenges by facilitating discussions on how pastors can navigate contemporary issues and lead effectively in a post-Christian society. The CCLN's efforts aim to cultivate healthy pastors who can lead vibrant and resilient churches, contributing to healthier communities across Canada.
