The Ministry Collaborative
The Ministry Collaborative, initiated by the Macedonian Ministry Foundation, has been working for over a decade to support pastors and congregations in developing creative leadership in their communities. Recognizing the limitations of traditional ministry support avenues, the Ministry Collaborative addresses these challenges through a national network that supports ministry leaders via three-year-long cohorts. This approach involves workshops, retreats, immersion experiences, and other innovative methods, emphasizing going to ministry leaders wherever they are and interpreting their contexts. Collaboration, both as content and process, is central to their work, helping leaders build capacity, deepen relationships, and equip themselves for sustainable ministry. The Ministry Collaborative also offers resources such as a weekly blog, podcasts, webinars, workshops, and retreats to foster connection and growth among ministry leaders who may not yet be part of a cohort but seek to engage with the collaborative spirit in ministry.
