Win An Illustrated Ministry Bundle
One of my favourite parts of ministry has always been those conversations where someone says, “We tried this… and it really worked.”
Sometimes it’s a new worship practice, a book, curriculum, spreadsheet template… Whatever it is, those conversations matter because ministry can feel like we’re all trying to reinvent the wheel. When we’re willing to share what has encouraged our communities, we make the journey a little easier for someone else.
That’s one of the reasons I’ve loved Illustrated Ministry for so many years.
I discovered them during COVID-19 when I was serving as a congregational minister. I used their Children’s Moments as an all ages time in worship for “Wondering”. They really popped on the ZOOM screen when we shared them and made an impact when we returned to the sanctuary and had them projected on our big screens. Illustrated Ministry started small with some lectionary colouring sheets and a few creative resources, and now they offer curriculum, seasonal packs, inclusive stickers and more.
This summer, when our team attended Collective 2026, we had some Illustrated Ministry stickers at our booth, and attendees loved them. Every time someone picked one up, we’d ask, “Have you heard of Illustrated Ministry?” And so many people lit up and were excited to share about a resource or sticker pack they’d used in their context - The people LOVE Illustrated Ministry!
So this Advent, we’d love to help one more church experience their work. Drum roll, please… …
This year we’re excited to give away the complete Everything Bundle for Illustrated Ministry’s 2026 Advent resource, A Thrill of Hope, AND the Lent resource, Here and Now to two Canadian churches that haven’t yet used Illustrated Ministry resources.
We want to bless your Advent planning with resources that are thoughtful, creative, and designed to engage your whole congregation. In return, we’d ask you to tell us about your experience. What resonated with your community? What surprised you? What did you find yourself coming back to?
We’d also love to share a few photos and a write-up about your experience with the wider Ministry Forum community.
Because that’s really what we’re about! One of the best ways we can support one another is by sharing ideas, resources, and experiences that have encouraged us along the way. If your church discovers something meaningful, another church will likely be encouraged by your story too.

About the Giveaway
For years, we've been recommending Illustrated Ministry resources because we've seen how they help churches engage Scripture in creative, thoughtful, and accessible ways. Now we'd love to introduce two more Canadian congregations to their work. This fall, we're giving away two Illustrated Ministry Everything Bundles:
One Advent 2026 Everything Bundle (A Thrill of Hope)
One Lent 2027 Everything Bundle (Here and Now)
Rather than purchasing the resources on your behalf, we'll reimburse the cost of the Everything Bundle AFTER you purchase it. Just send us your receipts!
The Prizes
Two Canadian congregations will each receive reimbursement for one Illustrated Ministry Everything Bundle.

Prize 2: Here and Now - 2027 Everything Bundle
Each prize covers the cost of the Everything Bundle only.
Who Can Enter?
To be eligible, your congregation must:
Be located in Canada.
Never have used Illustrated Ministry resources.
Plan to use the resource during the applicable liturgical season.
Have one representative submit the entry on behalf of the congregation.

After the Giveaway
If your congregation is selected, we'll ask you to:
Purchase the appropriate Everything Bundle from Illustrated Ministry.
Send us your receipt so we can reimburse the purchase.
Share a short reflection about your congregation's experience using the resource.
Provide a few photos, if possible, so we can feature your story on Ministry Forum's website, newsletter, or social media.
We hope your experience encourages other churches looking for thoughtful resources for future seasons.
