Living The Questions
Living the Questions (LtQ) is a curriculum designed for churches and groups that want to create space for honest theological conversation, especially around questions that are often avoided or oversimplified in church settings. LtQ helps participants engage scripture, theology, and lived experience through guided conversation, thoughtful teaching, and diverse voices. It is particularly well-suited for congregations navigating deconstruction, theological transition, or a desire for a more progressive and inclusive expression of Christian faith.
The curriculum was developed by pastors David Felten and Jeff Procter-Murphy, and grew out of real pastoral needs they were facing: a need to help thoughtful Christians stay connected to faith communities while asking hard questions about Jesus, the Bible, science, justice, and the church itself.
For ministry leaders, Living the Questions functions as a plug-and-play conversation framework. The sessions are structured, but flexible, making them helpful when leaders want to facilitate meaningful dialogue without having to design content from scratch (but structured enough for lay leaders to feel confident stepping in to facilitate).
