Nurturing Church Staff Teams

Nurturing Church Staff Teams is a self-directed online course designed to help church staff teams grow in communication, collaboration, and conflict management. Offered through ChurchX and created by the Toronto United Church Council, this resource includes 18 videos and 6–12 hours of guided reflection for staff of all roles. It supports healthy team dynamics by encouraging feedback, understanding of personality and gifts, and intentional work on relational patterns.
