Meet the Ministry Forum Interns ‘25-‘26

School is BACK! And the College is in full swing!

We are delighted to announce our Ministry Forum Interns for 2025-26. Our deep gratitude to those generous donors to the College over its history who have provided monies for Student Support which funds many things including our Intern program. You will see a returning face for some continuity - Welcome back, Sara Traficante who is almost finished her MPS! And a new face, Rosanne Purnwasie who is in her final year in the M.Div. programme.

You will see our interns at events, occasionally taking over the Ministry Forum emails, and on our Podcast a few times this year. It is a fantastic mutual exchange as we learn from them as much as they learn from us. Please join us in welcoming them!

Sara Traficante | B.Mus. M.Mus., Master of Psychospiritual Studies Student

Sara Traficante is thrilled to be a student in the MPS program at Knox College, nurturing her interests in spiritually integrated psychotherapy, spiritual care, and theology. Sara has 20-years-experience in the classical music industry, performing and teaching across Canada as a flutist. Her devotion to Christian service has been fostered for the past 14 years at Central Presbyterian Church (Hamilton) in children and youth programs, adult discipleship, music and choir, and with a special focus in social justice ministry. While a student at Knox College, Sara is completing Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC) units, first at Community Counselling London in psychospiritual therapy, and currently at Niagara Health in spiritual care.

Rosanne Purnwasie | B.R.E, M.T.S., M.A. Master of Divinity Student

Rosanne Purnwasie is in her third year of the Master of Divinity at Knox College pursuing ordination as Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
