Conflict Resolution Network
Conflict Resolution Network (CRN) is an Australian-based group that people how to manage conflict well. Their resources are designed to be used by individuals, small groups, churches, or community teams. Everything is focused on twelve simple skills—like listening, managing emotions, problem-solving, and speaking up kindly—that help reduce tension and build better relationships.
Much of what they offer is free and available to download. This includes a basic Conflict Resolution Kit, quick guides for specific conflicts including bullying and handling anger, and helpful posters you can hang up or hand out. If you're looking for something deeper, there's a free 500-page Trainer’s Manual for people leading workshops, and a 400+ page children’s manual with lesson plans for teaching conflict skills to kids.
The main structured training option is the Conflict Resolution Certificate Course, which costs $50 AUD and takes about 30 to 40 hours to complete. It includes audio lessons, worksheets, personal reflection, and quizzes. Once you finish, you’ll receive a certificate showing 30 hours of training.
