The centre provides a range of services, including individual, couple, family, and group counselling, all with a psychospiritual focus. This approach integrates psychological principles with spiritual exploration, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. While rooted in the Christian academic context of Knox College, the Centre is inclusive and welcomes clients from all backgrounds—no religious or spiritual affiliation is necessary to access services.

The centre is led by Dr. Mi-Weon Yang, a Registered Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in clinical practice and academic teaching. As an Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology and Intercultural Counselling at Knox College, Dr. Yang has a deep commitment to supporting clients through compassionate care and culturally sensitive approaches. Her leadership ensures that the Centre upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethical practice, and quality client care.

Playlist for Life is a music and dementia charity founded in 2013 by Sally Magnusson after her mother, Mamie's, death from dementia. The charity aims to improve the lives of people living with dementia by providing them with personalized music playlists.

Music Care is a social enterprise focused on enhancing caregiving experiences through the strategic use of music. It aims to transform care by empowering both formal and informal caregivers to integrate music into their daily practice, thereby enriching the caregiving experience. This approach has reached over 6,000 caregivers and is grounded in research demonstrating the positive effects of music on physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Spiritual Eldercare, founded by Chaplain Elisa Bosley, offers free resources designed to support the spiritual needs of elders, particularly those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The platform provides a variety of dementia-friendly materials, including Bible studies, worship services, and sing-along hymns, tailored to foster meaningful spiritual engagement.
